When will my order be dispatched?
We endeavour to process all orders within 24 hours (on business days, during Australian business hours).
Do you offer free shipping?
We kindly offer free express shipping for orders over $250 AUD.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on full priced items only within 7 days of receiving your item. Please email customercare@worldofoceane.com to lodge your return.
Please note that postage to return your order is at the customers expense.
