SHIPPING + RETURNS

DELIVERY

All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days.

We use Australia Post for all domestic orders and DHL and Australia Post for International orders. Upon shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.  

Please note that orders currently on Pre Sale (Trunkshow) will not be dispatched until date specified in description.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING  

STANDARD SHIPPING 

$10 flat rate for all orders within Australia. 

Delivered within 2–7 Business days* 

*The 2-7 Business Days for Australia Post delivery begins from the time the parcel is collected by Australia Post.

EXPRESS SHIPPING 

$15 flat rate for all orders within Australia. FREE for all orders over $250 within Australia.

Delivered within 1-3 Business days*

*The 1-3 Business Days for Australia Post Express delivery begins from the time the parcel is collected by Australia Post.

**Customers should allow an additional two days for delivery to Western Australia and locations outside of metropolitan areas.

Delivery dates supplied by Océane are an estimate only and Océane will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay by our delivery partners. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Océane uses DHL and Australia Post for International orders.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number.

NEW ZEALAND

$15 AUD flat rate for standard shipping

$20 AUD flat rate for express shipping

Australia’s 10% GST is not charged on international orders. This tax will automatically be removed at checkout once your delivery address is complete.

UNITED STATES

$35 AUD flat rate for all orders

The delivery timeframe is 6-27 business days.

All custom, duties, import taxes are not pre-paid, and are the responsibility of the customer. 

RETURNS

At Océane, we understand that your purchase may not be suitable. If you wish to return your purchase, please read the conditions below.

You are eligible to return your full price purchase if within 7 business days from the date of delivery. Return your item to Po box 62 STIRLING, SA, 5152 and email customercare@worldofoceane.com with your return or exchange request, and meet the following criteria:

  • Only Full Priced items are eligible for return or exchange.  Refunds will be processed using the original payment type, excluding delivery charges. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • All online returns will be at the customer’s expense.
  • Goods must be returned to Océane within 7 business days of receiving your order. Océane reserves the right to deny the request of return if goods are not received by Océane in the time period.
  • Goods purchased on sale or full-priced items on temporary promotion are not eligible for return for refund or exchange and are final sale. By purchasing a sale item on markdown, you agree that the item cannot be returned, unless the item is deemed faulty by the company. 

Conditions:

Goods can be returned subject to the following conditions:

  1. Goods must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached) and include all original packaging including dust bags. We will not accept returns with signs of wear/ markings or scratches.
  2. All returns must be accompanied by your invoice as proof of purchase.

Océane will assess the goods to determine whether they meet the above conditions for return. Océane reserves the right not to approve a return request if the Goods being returned do not meet the above Conditions.

Exceptions to Return Policy:

For hygiene reasons, our change of mind policy does not apply to underwear, swimwear, and hair accessories.  

Océane Return Policy is subject always to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

Goods purchased from Océane online boutique should be returned using Australia Post Express with tracking.

Océane does not accept responsibility for any goods lost by Australia Post or damaged in transit. 


Step 1. Contact our Customer Care team at customercare@worldofoceane.com to inform our team of your intention to return. We kindly ask you to include your original order number and the details of the item/s you wish to return in your request email. 

Step 2. Return your purchase to PO BOX. 62, STIRLING, SA, 5152

Step 3. We kindly ask you to return your item by recycling the original postage satchel or using a secure postage bag to return your item/s.

Once your return is received, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed by our team.
